  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 5 cups bottled water
  • 3 large handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 large red delicious apple, cored and quartered
  • Ice

Blend the ingredients. Store leftover juice in Mason jars and refrigerate. Yields 64oz.
