This electrolyte spinach water is packed with detoxifying vitamins and minerals to maintain hydration and help oxygenate blood, cells, tissue, and vital organs. I drink 16 ounces every morning, and take a liter along to keep hydrated during workouts.
Electrolyte Green:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 5 cups bottled water
- 3 large handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 large red delicious apple, cored and quartered
- Ice
Blend the ingredients. Store leftover juice in Mason jars and refrigerate. Yields 64oz.

Very Berry:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond, oat, or coconut milk
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 cup mixed fresh or frozen berries
