- 2-3-cups blackberries
- 1/4-cup black currants
- 1-vanilla bean split lengthwise
- 750ml vodka
- Place berries, black currants, and vanilla in Mason jar, and pour in vodka.
- Secure lid and store in pantry.
- Shake or stir infusion weekly.
2-weeks later: Remove vanilla, and continue to cure.
1-month later: Strain berries and transfer infusion to desired bottle.
Note: vodka is best kept in the freezer.
